Which countries can I run BillTap in?
Eight countries are covered with a local default: Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Indonesia, the Philippines, Kenya and Nigeria — each with its own language, currency and payment gateways. Anywhere else runs on English with USD, USDT-free card payments through Stripe and Flutterwave, and you can add a local gateway as a driver.
Can my customers pay the way they already pay?
Yes. 18 gateway drivers ship in the box — bKash, SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay, aamarPay, Razorpay, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Safepay, eSewa, Khalti, Midtrans, Xendit, PayMongo, M-Pesa, Pesapal, Paystack, Flutterwave and Stripe. The checkout is currency-driven, so a subscriber in BDT sees only BDT gateways. Cash collection and bank transfer are always available too.
Which languages does the interface support?
Nine: English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu (full RTL), Nepali, Indonesian, Swahili, Filipino and Hausa. The language and currency switch independently, and BillTap AI answers subscribers in their own language.
Do I need a public IP or a network engineer to start?
Neither. Your MikroTik and OLT dial out to BillTap over an encrypted tunnel — WireGuard, L2TP/IPsec or OpenVPN-TCP — so you expose zero inbound ports and keep working behind CGNAT or a dynamic IP. Onboarding is one pasted command, and free onboarding is included.
Can I run BillTap for several ISPs under my own brand?
Yes — that is the architecture. One codebase, one super-admin control plane, and every tenant gets its own subdomain and isolated database, provisioned in a single click. It is the same model used to run the platform itself.
Can I migrate from Excel or another billing system?
Yes. Subscribers, packages and opening balances import from a spreadsheet in minutes — PPPoE logins and portal logins are created for you. Our team maps your fields during free onboarding, and you can start with a single branch and move the rest at your own pace.
Is my data mine, and am I locked in?
Each ISP runs on its own database, with role-based access and audit logs. Statements, subscriber data and reports export in PDF and Excel at any time — no lock-in, and no other operator can see your books.
